Working with a pole at height

Due to recent changes and scaremongering quite a few of our commercial clients have asked us not to use ladders on their premises. No worries externally as we use wfp. But internally on large panels we a struggling. Now Im talking 24 ft and above. Firstly most standard poles that do that height are too long in the first section for a short man like me to use comfortably (and lets face it too long to fit in the van). I have tried using telescopic wfp poles to attach a squeegee to but they are a little bit too springy and flexible.
The second problem is ledges. Most modern large panels have deep ledges. I have tried using a Ettore super system swivel squeegee, a Ettore ledger, with and without the angle adaptor on a pole, but alas the results are not great.
Also mopping any drips is a problem.
Anybody have any ideas? I can pole very well at standard heights but this is out of my comfort zone.
Is a 0 degree squeegee any good? or maybe a deeper ledger tool? Is the back flip any better at height or is the angle the same?
Please help?
