The purpose of this forum is to encourage an interchange of information about Ettore and the Window Cleaning industry from around the world. The following rules will help Forum Admin maintain professional harmony for users and act as a point of reference whenever it becomes necessary for a moderator to intervene. Forum Admin believes that decisive moderation leads to a pleasant forum experience for all. Please read and adhere to the following rules.

By registering to use this forum, you agree to abide by these rules, and to indemnify Ettore Window Cleaning Tools Limited for liability that may be created by any and all breaches by you.

A Note on User Names
You may use any reasonable username to post on this forum, you do not have to provide a real name. You must not use names that are offensive, obscene, misleading or in any way unsuitable (as decided by EWCT Forum Admin). You must not register a username intended to give the false impression that you are a moderator or administrator. EWCT Admin reserves the right to refuse to allow any username, for whatever reason, and to delete the account of a name which is deemed unsuitable without warning.

Forum Rules
1. The Ettore Members Club Forum has been set up to allow club members to share information and tips on Ettore products and the window cleaning industry in general. It is not a platform to discuss other window cleaning products and tools in the market. Ettore Forum administrators will use their rights to prevent messages being posted on the forum if they stray from the forum rules.

2. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning (see policing below).

3. Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.

4. Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". If members note an issue that contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Only do this if a moderator team member has not replied within 6 hours. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who consistently "act" as moderators may be warned.

5. Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.

6. Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on material in breech of copyright or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed.

7. Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. See specific item on spam and 3rd party linking for more information. Users should not post links to suppliers' websites unless the supplier is a forum sponsor.

8. The EWCT moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users.

9. Members who re-start threads that have been previously locked or deleted will be warned.

10. The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging.


Policing
The Ettore Members Club forum will be constantly monitored and administrators and moderators reserve the right to delete posts without prior notification.

The views expressed on the forum are not those of the Company and are the responsibility of the poster. Monitoring of the forum will allow the Company to delete posts which stray from content boundaries, warn users that their posts are not inline with content and, as a last resort, block the user posting message again on the forum. The decision of the moderator is final.

Terms and Conditions of the Forum Rules
Sections of these rules will refer to forum services which may not be available at the time of launch but may be made available in the future, for example Private Messaging, File Attachments, images, emoticons and HTML posts. Details referring to image sizes and post sizes may be subject to change without notice as and when certain services are made available or unavailable.
